These Usage Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service. By using StudioMint, you agree to comply with them.

1. Allowed Content

StudioMint is designed for product-focused image generation.

You may upload:

• Product photos (e-commerce items, packaging, objects)
• Brand assets and product variations
• Clean images suitable for commercial use

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or generate content that includes:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Violence, weapons used in a harmful context, or graphic content
• Illegal products or activities
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content intended to impersonate brands, businesses, or individuals in a misleading or deceptive manner
• Attempts to abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Regulated, restricted, or age-restricted products where use of the Service could violate applicable laws or platform policies

3. People and Personal Data

StudioMint is not designed for generating or modifying images of people.

You should not upload:

• Images focused on identifiable individuals
• Personal or sensitive data
• Images that could infringe on privacy or publicity rights

If a person appears incidentally in an uploaded image, generation results may be limited or unpredictable.

4. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to use any images you upload
• Your inputs do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights

StudioMint does not verify ownership of uploaded content.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of uploaded or generated content complies with applicable intellectual property and advertising laws.

5. Quality Recommendations

For best results, we recommend:

• A single product clearly visible in the image
• Minimal clutter and a clean background
• Good lighting and sharp focus

StudioMint may attempt to enhance or clean images automatically, but results are not guaranteed.

6. Enforcement

We may restrict or block content that violates these guidelines.

This may include:

• Preventing uploads
• Disabling generation for certain images
• Suspending accounts in cases of repeated violations

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the Service at our discretion where necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
