AI-generated product images

Media pack generation and downloads

The Service operates using a credit-based system and may include subscription plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

By using StudioMint, you represent that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits, Billing, and Payments

4.1 Credits

StudioMint operates on a credit-based system:

Credits are required for image generations
Each generation produces 3 images and consumes 3 credits (1 credit per image)
If a generation cannot be started, your credits are automatically refunded
Once your images begin generating, the credits are used
You can retry any failed images within that generation without an additional charge
Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.

4.2 Subscriptions

We may offer subscription plans (e.g., Starter, Pro, Scale) that provide:

Monthly credits
Access to additional features

Some additional features, such as upscaling and media packs, are included based on your plan.

Subscriptions:

Renew automatically unless canceled
Can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period

4.3 Payments

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.

4.4 Changes to Pricing and Credits

We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit costs, subscription plans, and included features at any time. Changes will apply to future purchases or billing cycles unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy

If a generation cannot be started, your credits are automatically refunded
Once your images begin generating, the credits are used
You can retry any failed images within that generation without an additional charge
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

StudioMint uses artificial intelligence to generate content.

You acknowledge that:

Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected
We do not guarantee quality, accuracy, or suitability
Outputs may not be unique and may resemble other generated content

7. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Any images you upload
Any prompts or inputs you provide
How you use generated outputs

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

Violates any law
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material

9.3 Restrictions

You may not:

Resell or redistribute raw outputs as a competing service
Claim exclusive ownership over AI-generated outputs
Use outputs in a way that violates laws or third-party rights

9.4 No Guarantee of Uniqueness

We do not guarantee that generated images are unique or free from similarities to other works.

10. Processing and Queueing

StudioMint uses a queued processing system.

You acknowledge that:

Requests may be processed asynchronously
Processing times may vary depending on system load
We do not guarantee specific processing times

11. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

Continuous uptime
Error-free operation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Features, functionalities, and available tools may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

12. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
AI infrastructure providers
Cloud and storage services

We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by third parties.

12.1 AI Processing and Model Training

We do not use your uploaded images, prompts, or generated outputs to train proprietary AI models.

However, certain third-party AI infrastructure providers may temporarily process content solely for the purpose of operating and delivering the Service.

We take reasonable measures to work with providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy practices.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

You violate these Terms
We suspect abuse or illegal activity

Upon termination, your access to the Service may be revoked immediately. We reserve the right to delete or remove your data, including generated content, in accordance with our operational, legal, and security requirements.
