Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, and billing are handled on StudioMint (“StudioMint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Credits
StudioMint uses credits for image generations. Each generation produces 3 images and consumes 3 credits (1 credit per image). Some additional features, such as upscaling and media packs, are included based on your plan.
- If a generation cannot be started, your credits are automatically refunded.
- Once your images begin generating, the credits are used.
- You can retry any failed images within that generation without an additional charge.
2. Subscriptions
StudioMint may offer subscription plans (e.g., Starter, Pro, Scale) that provide monthly credits and feature access.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to subscription features until the current billing period ends. Cancellation prevents future renewals only.
Refunds for subscriptions
- Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
- Credits that have already been used or consumed are non-refundable.
By purchasing and using the Service, you acknowledge that digital services are delivered immediately and you waive any applicable right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
3. Failed or Unsuccessful Generations
If a generation cannot be started because of a technical issue on our side, your credit is automatically refunded.
- Once your images begin generating, the credit is used.
- You can retry any failed images within that generation without an additional charge.
This policy does not cover:
- Undesired results
- Stylistic differences
- User input errors
4. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once:

- We will investigate and resolve legitimate issues. Approved refunds, where applicable, will generally be returned to the original payment method.
In certain situations, we may issue discretionary refunds or credits at our sole discretion. Issuing a refund or credit in one instance does not obligate us to provide refunds in future cases.
5. Abuse and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refunds where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, manipulation of the credit system, or violations of our Terms or Usage Guidelines
- Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks
