This Commercial License explains how you may use images generated through StudioMint (“StudioMint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Ownership & License

Subject to compliance with our Terms of Service:

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain rights to the images you generate using StudioMint.
• You also retain ownership of any original images or materials you upload to the Service.
• StudioMint grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use generated images.

All rights granted under this license are subject to applicable laws and any third-party rights that may exist in uploaded or generated content.

2. Commercial Use

You are allowed to use generated images for commercial purposes, including:

• E-commerce product listings
• Marketing and advertising
• Social media and websites
• Branding and promotional materials
• Use on behalf of clients, brands, or commercial partners

No additional fees or royalties are required for commercial use.

3. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Modify, edit, and adapt generated images
• Use images across multiple platforms and campaigns
• Combine images with other assets

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute generated images as a standalone asset library or stock service
• Offer StudioMint outputs as a competing AI generation service
• Claim exclusive ownership over AI-generated outputs
• Represent generated outputs as entirely human-created where such representation would violate applicable laws or regulations
• Use images in a way that violates laws or third-party rights

5. No Guarantee of Uniqueness

Because images are generated using AI:

• Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users
• StudioMint does not guarantee uniqueness or exclusivity

StudioMint does not guarantee that generated outputs are eligible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protection in any jurisdiction.

6. Third-Party Rights

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images does not violate:

• Trademarks
• Copyrights
• Privacy or publicity rights

StudioMint is not liable for how you use generated content.

7. AI Disclaimer

Generated images are produced by artificial intelligence and:

• May contain inaccuracies or unintended elements
• Should be reviewed and evaluated before commercial, advertising, or public-facing use

8. Termination

If you violate our Terms of Service, your rights under this license may be revoked.

Upon termination, you must stop any use of the Service that would otherwise require an active license under these terms.
